Trail bikes are great at many things. Whether you want to descend at high speeds, climb steep hills, or just cruise along the fire roads, you'll love riding a trail bike. The Pivot Trail 429 Team XTR Bike has a slackened head angle, increased reach, and a flip-chip to allow fine-tuning of the geometry towards either a rowdy or racy ride. The carbon fiber frame features size-specific ride tuning and uses 130mm of travel on the front and 120mm of travel on the rear. The frame also features full-length internal cable routing, a more progressive DW-Link suspension, clearance for up to 29x2.6" or 27.5x2.8" tires, and space for a bottle cage inside the frame.

The Team XTR version of the Pivot Trail 429 comes with a Shimano XTR 12-speed drivetrain. With an ultra-wide 10-51T cassette on the rear, you'll have no issues climbing or pedaling through demanding terrain. Shimano XTT M9120 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide superior stopping power so you can descend with confidence. Reynolds Blacklabel 309/289 carbon wheels are paired with Maxxis Dissector Tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the Fox Transfer Factory Dropper Post, you'll be able to smoothly lift and lower your saddle without dismounting your bike.

Pivot Cycles Demo Day February 15, 2025

Are you ready to hit the trails and test out some of the sickest bikes Pivot has to offer? Well, mark your calendars because on February 15th, 2025, Jenson USA is hosting an awesome Pivot Cycles Demo event at our Riverside HQ, located at 1615 Eastridge Ave, Riverside CA, 92507.

Gear up to ride our local trails in Sycamore Canyon on some seriously rad Pivot Cycles. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting out, this demo day is going to be full of stoke and good times!

Demo event will run 8 am to 4 pm

Bikes will be released for demo from 9 am until 2 pm, last riders to return before 4pm.

This Bike Might Change the Way You Look at E-bikes: Orbea Rise V1 Long-term Review!

We get a lot of questions about e-bikes, especially the Orbea Rise, so we figured we’d throw up a quick long-term review of one from one of the employees here at Jenson, Alex.
